What do I want?
It is especially important for a woman that new events take place in her life, new ways open - this is what gives her inspiration. Events largely depend on ourselves: it is not always possible to control them, but you can always control what we think about, what we believe, what we feel. At every moment of life, any new choice, any series of new actions and new events is simply one or two decisions made. Our life is determined by our decisions, not circumstances. A decision is not a statement. Any decision can lead to a result. The solution suppresses other possibilities besides the undertaken obligations, when you no longer look back and do not even consider the alternative to quit what you undertake.
4 steps to the goal
But before you create events, you need to understand what you want? Before answering this seemingly very simple question, let's look into your heart. After all, you need to understand what exactly you want? To do this, for example, imagine that absolutely all public opinion has suddenly disappeared, which usually sounds like the voices of parents, spouses, partners and other people whose opinion is important to you. Or, for example, imagine how all these people sincerely, from the bottom of their hearts, asked you: what exactly do you want? What will be your answer then?
Write the answer in a notebook. Do not skimp, write 20−25 points of what you sincerely wish with all your heart for yourself. From this list, choose the one that responds most strongly to your heart.
The second question that needs to be addressed to yourself: "How can I achieve what I want?" Return to the list again and describe all the ways. Steps to achieve the goal should be realistic, you can do it. There is no room for competition with yourself. Let these be small, simple, but effective steps in which you will invest no more than 30-40 minutes of your time. Small steps help maintain motivation to achieve the goal - because you see an intermediate result. So how can you achieve what you want? Write it down in a notebook again.
Third question: “Why is it important for me to achieve this goal?” This question will help you plunge into the depths of your essence and understand your true values, the answer contains your motivation to achieve the goal. If the goal is not true, it will not be important for you and will not respond at the level of your deepest being. Write down the answers.
And the last question: “How do I know that I have achieved my goal?” What are the criteria for evaluating your goal? Describe them as specific as possible.
Congratulations, an important part of the work has been done. Thank yourself for striving to improve your life. And in general, make it a rule to support yourself, to thank yourself. Focus on what you have and thank yourself for your victories, let them be small for a start. You can keep a success diary, describe your achievements - this will have a very positive effect on your mood and life in general. Gratitude is a powerful energy, it attracts positive, success and joy to life.
Only you decide what to believe, what to learn, what to quit, and what to continue, who to spend time with, what thoughts to choose, and finally, who you are and what you are capable of. All this literally controls your life and directs it. A woman has a great mission - to be an inexhaustible source of joy, optimism, beauty, light for the whole family. Your true desires initially have the power of fulfillment. Give yourself and your family the joy of renewal! Remember: the long way begins with the first step. So what is the first and easiest step towards achieving your goal?
