6 easy ways to save (and increase) your family budget
During a crisis, it is especially important to be careful with money. Try to change your financial habits, and your life will be happier.
1. Plan a budget for the week.
Psychologists say money is worth worrying at least weekly. So you can sooner find weaknesses in your budget and fix them next week.
2. Take photos of your checks and receipts.
This way you will never lose or lose sight of your spending. The good news is that in a week you can remove the pictures!
3. Temporarily abandon the car on weekdays.
Carefully consider how much you could save (and time too) daily if you used ground transportation. If you have two cars, discuss with your husband if you need it now.
4. Name your savings.
If your envelope (where cash or a bank card is located) says only two words “Vacation together”, you will never spend the entire amount on a beautician. Or on the dress.
5. Use scanners in the supermarket.
Pay attention to the prices of even your usual goods, they may not change for the better. If there is no price tag, do not be lazy, and find a scanner in the supermarket to read the price.
6. Do not count on excess profits.
At least, do not "waste" in advance money that you have not yet received. Bonuses and bonuses are better to be postponed right away, well, or allow yourself to spend, say, 10% of this money.
